Born in the Ecuadorian Andes, in the hometown of Ibarra which is over 2,000 meters above sea level. It is the fourth generation of Andean fruit and product farmers. His profession is an agronomist specialized in international business. Lenin has been in the regenerative and biodynamic world for two years. His hobbies include cycling and triathlon. He is completely convinced that the Pachamama is our mother and we must take care of her.
FERNANDO MONSALVE
Cofounder & North America VP Latbio
Born in southern Ecuador, in the city of Cuenca, which is 2,200 meters above sea level. Since his young age he has lived in the coastal zone of Ecuador in the Province of El Oro. He belongs to the fourth generation of farmers. He studied economics and finance and specialized in agricultural economics. He has more than 20 years of experience in organic agricultural production with his own and family farms and four years working under biodynamic guidelines. His favorite sports are swimming and triathlon.
MATTHIEU MANDON

Born in France, I grew up in the beautiful celtic region called « La Bretagne ». After my studies I decided to travel to Ecuador and pursue my dream to be an Andean Roses exporter. The destiny took me to another agribusiness and I am proud to work with banana producers for more than 14 years. When I´m free I love to run and ride my bike with some friends. Born in Quito, capital of Ecuador, at 2850 meters above sea level. Agronomist with specialization on quality, environment and occupational health and safety, has worked for more than 20 years in different certification bodies, in the Ecuadorian Accreditation Body and in food companies. Passionate with biodynamic production and anthroposophy, I love to read and share time with my family

Our purpose is to integrate ancestral practices into our everyday life, offering fresh fruits and ingredients that come from organic, regenerative and biodynamic agriculture. We believe in fair trade as a mechanism, of supporting the whole food supply chain creating bridge between farmers and consumers. And as always, it starts with the land and our farmers.

Be the first and most important Ecuadorian company that sells biodynamic and regenerative tropical fruits all around the world, and be the model for social responsible enterprises in the tropical fruits industry.
